Terms of Service

Agreement. By creating a BrainBuild account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use BrainBuild.

What BrainBuild is. BrainBuild organizes knowledge you provide into a private, connected "brain" and lets you deploy it to AI agents. You are responsible for the content you import and for how you use the outputs.

Your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Plans & billing. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice.

Acceptable use. Don't use BrainBuild to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload content you don't have rights to, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Your content stays yours. You retain ownership of everything you put into your brain. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service for you (store, process, and display your content back to you and the agents you connect).

AI outputs. AI-generated content can be wrong. Verify anything important before relying on it. BrainBuild is a tool, not professional advice.

Availability & liability. The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, BrainBuild isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

Termination. You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On deletion, your brain data is removed.
